Free Introduction to Havening

In this free one-and-a-half-hour class you will learn the origin of Havening, the neuroscience explaining how and why it works, the methods of doing Havening touch, eye movement, and distractions, and the most commonly used forms of Havening. You will also learn what types of conditions Havening addresses, and you will hear about additional varieties of Havening techniques.

 

There will be a demonstration and group Havening experiences.

 

When you leave you will have a good basic understanding of the purpose and approach of Havening that will be useful on its own and also instill curiosity to learn more!
