About the training

This immersive three-day (two half days, one full day) training introduces Havening Techniques- a neuroscience-based psycho-sensory modality designed to support:

  • trauma resolution
  • nervous system regulation
  • and emotional wellbeing.

Training is experimental, relational and grounded in safety- supporting both personal and professional development. A pre-training package will be sent to you, including around 11/2 hours video viewing.

Ideal for: counsellors, social workers, coaches, health professionals, personal development trainers, social agencies and health organisations.

Certification is a 2 Step Process

Step 1 - Full attendance at the in-person training workshop.

What You’ll Learn

  • Safe and professional set-up of Havening sessions
  • How and when to introduce Havening Touch™
  • Hands-on practice with key techniques and protocols
  • Understanding the neuroscience behind traumatic encoding
  • Self-Havening for wellbeing, burnout prevention, and emotional regulation

You can choose to just do the workshop but will not be certificated as a Havening Techniques Practitioner until you do step 2. You can choose to enrol in step 2 before or after the workshop completion.

  • 3 video sessions
  • completing a Science Review (this is an open-book review)

These steps can be done at your own pace but need to be completed within 12 months from your training date.
