Event Description
Curious about Havening Techniques® and how they help the nervous system settle?
In this complimentary live Zoom session, you will be introduced to Havening Techniques® in a calm, focused environment while learning how this neuroscience-informed approach helps the brain and body respond differently to emotional activation.
Havening Techniques® are grounded in discoveries in neuroscience that help explain how emotional memories are encoded in the brain and how they can be safely updated through specific sensory input.
During this session, you will hear how Havening came into being, receive a brief introduction to the science behind the method, take part in a guided Self-Havening exercise, and observe a live demonstration of Event Havening.
This session is especially helpful for coaches, therapists, practitioners, educators, caregivers, and individuals who are curious about Havening as a personal or professional resource.
Because Havening is experiential, this session is designed to be live and interactive and will not be recorded.
