Mikael Hoffmann (born 1959) is a mentor-coach, psychotherapist, counselor, consultant, teacher, speaker, and has been self-employed since 1994.
His extensive knowledge of behavior and leadership stems from 12 years at sea in the Merchant Marine, working with multicultural crews, where he served as a shipmate and retired as a captain. He later qualified as a Naval Architect (Engineer), a background that has contributed to his strong organizational skills. With a clear focus and strength in goal-setting, he supports his clients in reaching their personal and professional aims.
He went on to train as a psychotherapist (in 2010) and a Havening Practitioner (in 2015).
Mikael is an open-minded person with a good sense of humor, capable of seeing situations from many perspectives. His approach to therapy is light and joyful, helping clients to open up more easily. These qualities have made him one of Copenhagen’s leading relationship therapists. His clients range from individuals seeking career improvement to couples striving for lasting relationships.
