Coming from a background of Engineering and Pest Control, I like to think I have a good down to earth and humorous approach on life.
I studied for a diploma in Clinical hypnotherapy in 2012 to combat my own G.A.D. and panic attacks that had developed into my everyday life just after imagrating to New Zealand.
I then went on to working on a Subantarctic Island with a small group of people for 13 months. No way off once there for the first 6 months, observing the cycle of life and death, nature and the elements at is best. Amazing what you learn about yourself and others in that type of situation.
On return to New Zealand I gained further certification in Life Coaching, Abundance hypnotherapy, Abundance Coaching and now certification in Havening.
No one should suffer the effects of pain, panic and anxiety . I really enjoy working with people to assist them in realising that they can let their issues go and enjoy life.
My experiences of life influence me in my approach to my havening and hypnotherapy work. Working with people assisting them to get up, get on and realise the best of themselves.
Havening my father whilst in a state of terminal anxiety as he was passing and seeing the power of havening at work at that time is what spurred me on to become a Havening practitioner.
