The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself. How would you define your relationship with yourself? because it is the basis of your relationship with everyone and everything around you. Your thoughts, feelings and beliefs govern your actions, so self awareness is key to living the life you want to live.

I work on helping you uncover your relationship with yourself, to release triggers, challenge negative thought patterns, be more intentional with your actions. The more you improve the relationship with yourself mentally, physically and spiritually the more your mental health symptoms will subside.

I use a holistic individualistic evidence based approach. I use my years as a mental health therapist studying techniques such as CBT, strength based theory, positive psychology and havening and combine it with a health couching approach to help the individual as a whole.
