"The resources to affect change already exist within each of us!" is a useful Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) creed John G. Johnson believes, lives by and uses as a guide to create change that leads to wellbeing for his clients. John's always in search of technologies that can assist him in calling out the best, the already existing resilience in persons. And after witnessing a dynamic Havening Techniques® demonstration, John knew what he had to do...Today, in addition to being a licensed NLP Trainer and a screenwriter, he's now a certified Havening Techniquespractitioner.

John's specialty is in getting to the root-cause of issues and then custom-designing strategies that lead to solutions for his clients, whether they are individuals for groups.

Not only is Havening Techniques grounded in solid science, a powerful application, a transformative technology, it's also adaptive. These qualities appealed to John, which he takes advantage of when necessary, combining it with NLP, creative writing and Hypnosis. For example, John uses Havening Techniques with Martial artists wishing to improve their athletic performance and writers with a desire to enhance their creativity or get past so-called writer's block.

John only studies with premier teachers and cutting-edge thought leaders in their respective fields, Drs. Ronald and Steve Ruden (Havening Techniques founders), Doug O'Brien, Michael Breen, Dr. Richard Bandler (NLP co-founder), John and Kathleen La-Valle, to name a few, because he only interested in "what works
