A lot of people find me after they’ve already tried a few things. They’ve talked about it, read the books, listened to the podcasts, done their best to move forward, and yet some part of the stress, the hurt, or the old story is still hanging around. They’ve often done a lot of work already and are wondering why they still feel stuck.
I get it.
I found Havening Techniques® after trying what felt like everything else myself. What stood out to me wasn’t that it was dramatic. It wasn’t. It was actually pretty simple. But something about it stayed with me, and eventually I decided I wanted to learn it and share it with others.
These days, I use Havening and breathwork with people who are tired of carrying things alone.
What matters most to me is that people feel safe, cared for, and not alone while we work together. That’s the feedback I hear most often, and I don’t take it for granted.
I still think Havening is one of the coolest things I’ve ever come across, and even on the hard days, we usually end up laughing at some point, even if it didn’t start that way.
If any of this sounds familiar, I’d be honored to meet you.
Sessions are held over Zoom, so you can do this work from wherever it feels most comfortable for you.
