With over 35 years as a body wellness practitioner, I have supported clients in realigning the physical body to ease pain and restore movement. Over time, my understanding has expanded to recognise the deep connection between the body and our emotional world.

I now integrate Havening mind and body-based approach, supporting the nervous system to regulate, rebalance, and create positive change.

My work is grounded in the belief that the body and mind are not separate—they are deeply intertwined. I use Havening to allow the movement of what arises that is uncomfortable persistant and stressful encouraging a biological change that calms the nervous system and the body in the somatic component of the work, while resourceful information for the mind to integrate and create new pathways for resolution clarity and flow . Havening makes it safe to listen to the body’s signals, especially during times of stress or dysregulation, providing opportunity meaningful transformation.

My intention is to provide a safe and supportive framework to process what feels stuck or overwhelming so clients can reconnect with themselves—finding balance within themselves, space in their mind, and ease in their body while build new pathways for resillence clarity and forward movement. Havening makes possible a gentle yet powerful pathway to calm the nervous system, shift patterns of stress and anxiety, and support the body in returning to ease

Ultimately, this work is about returning to a place of self-awareness, self-trust, and self-love—where the heart softens, and a deeper sense of wellbeing can emerge enabling opportunity choose to do life differently and with more ease.
