I have earned certifications as both a Havening Practitioner and Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, combining my passion for holistic health with proven remedy methods. I have always been interested in health, and believe in practicing what you preach. After discovering havening at a stressful period of my life, I learned to transform dire situations into empowering ones. I have healed myself from IBS through food changes and other lifestyle adjustments.
