As an LGSW, I'm dedicated to helping people work through the pain, patterns, and old stories that keep them stuck in places they don't want to be. I meet clients where they are: without judgment, without pressure, and with the understanding that healing unfolds in different ways. I pride myself on creating a grounded, supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward on their own terms. My work is built on a foundation of empathy, curiosity, and genuine care, and I tailor my approach so that every client feels supported in a way that makes sense for them.
My approach is rooted in the belief that everyone possesses the internal resources necessary for profound change; sometimes, we just need the right map to find them. Too often, the pain we carry (past trauma, unresolved grief, the quiet weight of anxiety) convinces us that we're broken or beyond repair. But therapy is not about fixing what's wrong with you, because you are not broken. Therapy is about reconnecting with the strength, resilience, and wisdom that have been there all along, waiting to be accessed.
When it came to Havening Techniques, I didn't start as a believer. In fact, I was even a bit skeptical. The idea that gentle, soothing touch combined with specific mental exercises could produce lasting emotional change felt almost too simple. But after witnessing the profound, transformational shifts that Havening facilitates, watching clients release fears, phobias, and deeply held pain in ways that talk therapy alone sometimes can't reach, my perspective completely changed.
Havening has already changed the way I work, and I'm excited to keep deepening my practice with it. The more I work with this modality, the more possibilities I see for helping people move through even their most difficult challenges.
