I have joined the Havening community after experincing Havening Therapy for myself, the results were profound.

"I see you" I have 25 years experience self healing, navigating different modailities, Havening was the one therapy that yeilded such profound changes in my life, this is why I had to become a practitioner and help deliver this therpay experience across the globe. I can help you regain your self power that lies within, helping clients feel in control again of who they are using the powerful capibilities of the mind, the neuroscientific approach helps dismantles old traumatic pathways, creating space for new growth from within, Havening helps clients feel incontrol of who they are, I strive at being the practitioner that supports clients walk this path to a new way of living.

My practice focuses on healing across multiple modailties including, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, I have experience faciltating both Havening to many areas both individual and holistic group sessions.

I work in 1.1 sessions online or in person

I offer a consultaion to gather information on how Havening Therpay can best suit each clients individual needs.
