After experiencing firsthand the power of Havening during one of the most difficult times in my life, I knew I wanted to help others find the same sense of calm, safety and self-compassion it gave me.
Now a certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, I’m passionate about creating a safe haven for people who want to release stress, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
My background is in people care - I spent 16 years as cabin crew, supporting others through every kind of emotion, and I bring that same warmth, intuition and steadiness into my Havening work. As a mum of two (plus a dog and cat mum!), I understand the daily pressures of life and how easy it is to lose yourself in the noise.
Alongside my Havening practice, I’m now training in counselling to deepen the support I can offer and continue learning how to help people heal and grow. My goal is to offer a calm, compassionate space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported as you move towards lasting emotional wellbeing.
