Unconditional joy in your soul, body, and story—this is the heart of my practice.

Hi, I’m Jen. Welcome to my entry!

Fifteen years ago, I began the grueling work of pulling myself out of extreme nervous system dysregulation, physical wreckage, and emotional depletion. Slowly, I regained my strength, reclaimed my health, and rebuilt the agency to live into joy. Now, it’s my calling and honor to walk alongside others as they live into joy and their most authentic selves.

I’ve spent years supporting others through somatic mind-body coaching, integrating movement therapy, meditation, and somatic EMDR—but then I found Havening®, and everything changed. It elevated my own healing as well as amplified the results I was seeing with my clients.

As a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner, I ground my work in the belief that true healing is holistic—mind, body, and spirit.

I’ve witnessed the profound transformation Havening can offer. Whether someone is working through limiting beliefs, unhealed trauma, or the uncertainty of heartbreaking life circumstances, Havening creates a powerful path toward resilience, regulation, and renewed possibility.

One of Havening’s greatest gifts is how it helps build capacity for “the bothness” of life—the messy and the beautiful—all at once.

To support this integration, I weave in complementary frameworks, including Primal Question (go HERE to take the assessment),  HeartMath®, Integrative Somatic Parts Work, and approaches from holistic nutrition and circadian biology. This layered, somatic approach provides a gentle yet powerful foundation for change.

I also offer my clients a Somatic Self-Therapy Client Portal, which includes 70+ audio practices (many incorporating Havening), to deepen healing between sessions and reconnect with inner resources anytime.

Areas of Specialization:

  • Nervous system healing and repair
  • Somatic symptoms of stress (digestion, pain, tension, sleep issues, headaches, etc.)
  • Emotional regulation and resilience

Whether you’re working through specific challenges or simply seeking to feel more like yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Let’s walk this transformative path together. I have a home office to meet live in the Denver Metro and foothills of Colorado or virtual anywhere.

I look forward to connecting with you!
