Hello, I’m Beth. I am a certified Resilience Coach. Havening Tachniques practitioner and founder of Lovely Messy Humans.

I know that personal growth and resilience don’t come through avoiding difficult feelings but from having the courage to face them and process what we have been unaware of or avoiding. I transformational coaching with neuroscience-based Havening Techniques to create a deep sense of safety from which to explore unconscious beliefs, memories, past experiences and fears that may be limiting who you are being and what you are creating.

Beth is incredible at what she does. Within minutes of talking to her, she knows what to invite you to explore. Every time I have felt safe, heard, held and loved, and have been able to experience emotions I never knew were there. I know from my own experience, and from working with hundreds of others, that we spend our lives avoiding feeling things because we have mistakenly acquired an understanding that feelings are 'dangerous'. What Beth invites you to do is explore feelings in a slow, safe and loving way and to allow things that have been buried for years to be felt, allowed, processed and let go of.
