I have over 20 years of clinical and coaching experience and specialize in supporting clients dealing with OCD, anxiety, self-esteem or relationship challenges, and life changes/transitions. I provide teletherapy for clients based in New York and coaching services for clients anywhere in the U.S. or world.

My style is collaborative, gentle and practical. I see you as a whole person who has struggles and also incredible gifts and resources. Through a collaborative approach, we get clear on the patterns that are creating pain and struggle in your life and help you create a personalized tool-kit of strategies to heal and begin thriving. I use Havening Techniques as an integral tool to support you in both healing unhelpful patterns and enhancing your resilience and ability to handle challenges well moving forward.  I also pair Havening Techniques with positive psychology, mindfulness, mindful self-compassion, and CBT tools to provide you with holistic support.

With Havening Techniques as a base, I’ve also created a new model of supporting clients in healing from OCD, especially those who haven’t responded well to traditional treatments like ERP. I offer a more holistic, trauma-informed, neuroscience-based approach to OCD treatment that is respectful, empowering and kind.
