Kia ora,

My name is Judy.

I live in rural Whangarei, New Zealand, and am excited to be able to help people build resilience and delete negative trauma and emotions in their lives.

I have left a career in nursing of which I practiced for over thirty years to seek something more in line with my soul calling and have found it in havening (meaning to put in a safe place).

I also practice Reiki and have found havening to a great practice in my own personal growth and enjoy the one-on-one client interaction in which I am able to give my undivided attention to one person, without thinking about another client who needs my attention immediately as in a nursing situation.

I love that havening does not rely on medication to help a person (although medicine does have its place) to heal themselves with my support in being a facilitator in their self-discovery journey to relieve them of trauma, anxiety, grief, phobias, and more.

I feel very privileged to have found havening and the trust that clients have allowed me to help them on there journey to healing in an amazing way.

My area of interest includes pain management, chronic illness, trauma release, grief, phobia, depression, self-resilience, and more.

I look forward to assisting clients on their journey to mind/body wellness in a safe, confidential and caring environment.
