Sara and her clients meet on Zoom and she incorporateds Havening techniques, mindful self-compassion, and neuroscience strategies to heal the impact of stress on the body in order to help her clients rapidly recover from burnout. Additionally, Sara helps her clients embody Flow states, an optimal state of consciousness that makes work effortless so her clients can feel their best while doing their best work. Sara offers on-going coaching as well as VIP days to accelerate results.
