Crystal Paikea

Crystal spent over 15 years in social work, listening to many stories of pain, suffering and struggle but also witnessing the incredible power of the human spirit. She would find herself in awe of the strength and the potential of the people she served and frustrated at the barriers that prevented people from realising their true potential and the simple things that all human beings are capable of experiencing – love, joy, peace and passion. Discovering Havening after years in social work and then working in smoking cessation in health services has provided Crystal with a new approach to her grass roots passion – to help people realise their potential and experience how life can be when you release the effects of trauma and severe life stressors.

Crystal is a Certified Havening Practitioner located in Northland New Zealand. She draws on professional and personal experience to recognise how she can best serve a client and prioritises empathy, intuition and active listening in all sessions. She is excited to introduce Havening to her community, and to discover how it could help people to expand both personally and professionally to benefit not only themselves as individuals but also those around them.
