While I am physically located in the Metro-West Boston region, I work primarily online and can accommodate most clients throughout North America, and sometimes  Westeren Europe. I have helped Havening clients improve educational and work performance, address traumatic event-originated fear, distress, pain, and phobias, as well as assisted them to build/rekind a sense of play, to experience more hope, courage, confidence, motivation, energy and other positive, resilience-building emotions.

As your certified Havening Techniques practitioner, I offer an empathetic, judgment-free, and safe healing space where together we address your concerns or goals, reducing suffering can often may originate in past traumas, unhelpful self-talk and self-doubt, and distressful emotions, as well as increase your emotional resilience and well-being so that you bring forth your best self and live with a stronger sense of well-being. You will not need to share details of your trauma with me, if you choose not to--in fact, Havening Techniques is based in the neuroscientific understanding that minimizing such focus trauma is better for removing its imprint in your brain.

      I will bring all my skills and experiences based in 21st-Century advances in neuroscience and mind-body medicine, including Havening Techniques, a comprehensive program for addressing stress and increasing both physical and emotional resilience (which includes client education in mind-body science), reference to key neurobiological processes, insights from positie psychology on the science and function of both positive and negative emotions, and useful tips for using seld-Havening Techniques, breathwork and mindfulness, among others, on your own as well.
