Relational trauma can span lifetimes and generations so this work addresses much more than just your current painful patterns - including early life trauma and attachment wounding, traumatic grief, ancestral and past life traumas, dissociation, addictions, and the traumatic underpinnings of complex chronic health conditions.

This work can be transformational - helping you to find an inner sense of safety, let go of old pain and love yourself back into wholeness.

I've spent over 25 years studying, training and working in the fields of domestic and child abuse, human rights, conflict resolution, mental health and addiction. These are some of the qualifications I gathered along the way, together with several certifications in somatic trauma therapy:
