I'm a Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach. I help executives and leaders harness the power of their nervous system to improve their own balance and connection, to develop high-trust, high-results environments that work. I'm based in Luxembourg, coach in English, and work remotely (zoom) with clients worldwide in any timezones that suit!
I learnt Havening because I found that often trauma is present in the coaching room, yet the client is not there to work "on" it (this would be therapy). Using Havening I can guide the client to release stuck emotional charge that is interrupting their life, sometimes even without them needing to talk one word about it to me (which many who have experienced talk therapy describe as a refreshing relief).
I work with non-profit British Military Veterans and amputees; private individuals across many industries from military, to Security, to Law and Medicine, and retirees; and Senior Executives (usually Director level on appointment).
My credentials are as Coaching Psychologist (Grad Member of the British Psychological Society), ICF-accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC with over 1250 logged hours) and a certified Trauma-Informed Coach. I'm working towards starting a PhD in transformative, trauma-informed leadership in 2024.
I host a podcast called Refreshing Leadership (in season 1 it was called Moving Beyond Trauma, I'm in mid-air of renaming it so you can find it under both names), where I have incredible guests from many walks of life who share their stories on how they made their own life better, and for people around them, sharing insights and inspiration to ease suffering and get the fun back.
