Tiffany Lazic (RP, BAA) is a Registered Psychotherapist and Spiritual Director with over two decades of experience in individual, couples and group therapy. She completed training in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Spiritual Direction at the Transformational Arts College of Spiritual and Holistic Training (Toronto, Canada) where she also taught in the college’s Discovering the Total Self ProgramSpiritual Psychotherapy Training ProgramSpiritual Directorship Program, and the Esoteric Studies Program. She served as a staff psychotherapist in the college’s counselling clinic and as a case supervisor to intern psychotherapists. She continues to teach at the college as a guest facilitator.

Tiffany was the founder/owner of The Hive and Grove Centre for Holistic Wellness (Kitchener, Canada, 2009 - 2022) Along with many diverse talks, presentations, and workshops focused on emotional healing and mental health, she created two in-depth comprehensive self-development programs (The Great Work: Patterns of Conscious Living Program and Spiritual Language of the Divine Program) and an immersive meditation collage inner landscape course, Drawing Down Divine, that invites women to explore their own reflection and experience of the archetypal hero’s journey.

She is the author of The Great Work: Self-Knowledge and Healing Through the Wheel of the Year (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2015) and The Noble Art: From Shadow to Essence Through the Wheel of the Year (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2021) and the originator of an integrative approach to energy healing called Hynni. Translated as “energy” in Welsh, Hynni is an approach to healing with energy with its roots in Western philosophy and esoteric wisdom that integrates vibrational healing with the cycle of the seasons. As part of her work with Hynni and with an understanding in the potency of “embodied mythology”, Tiffany facilitates seasonal group rituals that invite self-actualization through mythic engagement.

An international presenter, retreat facilitator, and keynote speaker, Tiffany has conducted workshops and retreats for many conferences and organizations in Canada, the US, Mexico, the UK, and India. She was a co-creator/co-organizer of Kitchener’s SPARKS (Seeking Passion, Adventure, Renewal, Knowledge & Spirit) Symposium which ran from 2010 – 2012 and founder/editor of the online magazine, The Glowing Hive (2012 – 2013)

In 2022, with a life-changing move from Canada to Wales, Tiffany founded the Soul Alchemist Academy, an online learning portal focused on reigniting passion in the wisdom of the past, strengthening the intuitive ear, and highlighting best tools and practices to provide compassionate care to those in soul distress through dark, troubled times.

In each of her professional capacities, Tiffany is inspired by two ancient axioms: “Know Thyself” and “Carpe Diem”, seeing the healing journey as addressing those elements, aspects, experiences, and beliefs that stop one from living fully. As such, she was thrilled to learn about Havening Techniques, seeing it as another powerful tool for encouraging positive and empowered self-relationship. She has seen how the application of Havening Techniques invites significant change with lasting results, serving as a beautiful compliment to her psychotherapy practice. She is very excited to see its application in working with it through the lens of the archetypal landscape and personal mythology. When we are seeking to reclaim Essence and become the empowered authors of our own story, Havening Techniques provide simple, yet exquisite tools with which to craft.
