I have been practicing and teaching yoga, meditation and mindfulness for many years and I know too well that to create change we need to start from within. Both on the physical, emotional and mental level.
Being a life-coach specialising in stress, mental and emotional well-being as well as the mind-body connection, I have implemented the Havening techniques beautifully in my work with clients. There is rarely a session where I don’t use this powerful tool and I’m amazed by it’s effects. Both on myself and on my clients.
I offer one-on-one sessions from my home just outside Gothenburg, Sweden as well as sessions through Zoom online, from Monday-Friday.
