As an LCSW for nearly 30 years, Ann has specialized in trauma, women's issues and attachment wounds in adults and older adolescents, through a non-pathologizing lens. She is an experienced EMDR and IFS therapist and is thrilled to be adding Havening Techniques to her toolbox to help clients heal and transform to lead better lives.

Since completing Havening training in Nov. 2017, she has been profoundly moved by the rapid and permanent healing this technique affords her clients. Many of them have been living with shame and desperation, feeling hopeless about ever recovering from their traumatic experiences. It is amazing to witness the brain's capacity to heal itself, and a privilege to be a facilitator of such recovery!

Other areas Ann works with are: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, substance addictions, and ADHD. She has a unique trauma specialty of helping individuals recover who have been involved in vehicular accidents resulting in fatal injury to a pedestrian. These were cases where the driver was not at fault.

Ann has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, family counseling agencies, behavioral health managed care and as an internal EAP for a large healthcare company. When she's not working at her private practice, she enjoys cycling, hiking, live music and spending time with family and friends.
