Taranah is a certified Havening Techniques practitioner with a keen interest in helping individuals lead their best, bravest, and most authentic lives. She combines her knowledge from her psychology MA and MSc and her research in promoting health and well-being with her applied certification in Havening and knowledge of mindfulness and journalling techniques. Taranah’s extensive experience in the field has allowed her to hone her skills in working with individuals who are dealing with a range of emotional and psychological challenges. With a compassionate and empathetic approach, Taranah uses Havening Techniques to help clients process and release negative emotions, thoughts, and memories. Her compassionate and non-judgmental approach ensures that clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey towards healing.
